It’s not unusual the Doctor Phillips Real Estate market or real estate in general slow down once schools start back up in September, but with that said it doesn’t mean activity completely stops.
Here’s a list of 3 Doctor Phillips communities that don’t know when to stop.
Sand Lake Hills
During the past 90 days, there are a whopping 38 Sand Lake Hill homes in the real estate market, 13 of those are active, 7 pending and 18 sold homes. Prices range from the low 200’s to $330,000. Sand Lake Hills started construction in 1973 and completed in 1987 with homes ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,600 square feet of living area.
Orange Tree Country Club
Orange Tree Country Club currently has 25 homes in the real estate market during the same time period as above. 11 of these homes are active with 3 pending and the remainder being sold. Orange Tree is a guard gated golf community located off of Doctor Phillips Blvd with home prices ranging from mid 200’s into the $600,000 range. Built in the late 1970’s and completed in 1990, Orange Tree homes range from a small 1,300 home up into the 3,500 square footage.
Parkside
Last but not least is a newer community in Doctor Phillips, Parkside. The name comes from the close proximity to Dr P. Phillips Park, a 40-acre lakefront community to Sand Lake. Parkside built by Meritage Homes started construction in 2012 and presently consist of 28 homes that have been in the market the past 90 days. 15 homes are active, 5 pending and 8 sold. Parkside prices range from the mid 500’s up to the $900,000 range with square footage between 2700 up to 5,500.
