The groundwork or the much anticipated shopping center serving southern Lake County and southwestern Orange County has begun! The 142 acre shopping venue is 1.2 million square feet of retail shops and restaurants surrounded by 200 upscale townhomes.
The retail center, located on State Road 50 just west of the Florida Turnpike is expected to open in the spring of 2016 and will be convenient to nearby Clermont, Winter Garden, and Windermere as well as residents in the Dr. Phillips community.
