For weeks now I have been running across articles about Orlando and how it’s ranking in the Top 10 on so many different subjects, things I knew but nice seeing Orlando getting the recognition it deserves.
Just yesterday I read one where the Orlando Economic Development Commission announced that the Orlando region is one of FDI Magazine’s (Foreign Direct Investment) top 10 “American Cities of the Future” in the following categories:
top 10 large city overall
top 10 large cities for economic potential
top 10 large cities for connectivity
top 10 large cities for FDI strategy
Orlando ranked #2 for the best cities for recreation and #8 among 10greenest cities in the U.S. Last week it was reported by the Monster company that Orlando ranked #5 in the top 10 cities for job creation and according to a new study by NerdWallet, it came in #3 as top cities where women earn more than men.
The City Beautiful came in 4th in the top 10 cities people are moving to and 4th again in the top 10 fastest-growing food cities. Orlando and surrounding cities were named as the safest cities for severe weather in Central Florida. The list goes on and on. But most importantly, a couple of weeks ago I saw where Winter Garden is in the top 10 best places to invest in real estate in Florida. That’s one of our niches, folks!!!
